The British Medical Association (BMA) is due to debate 'assisted dying' (assisted suicide and euthanasia) next week. Currently the BMA has a policy against legalising assisted suicide. The pro-euthanasia lobby want to change this to a netral policy.
The British Medical Journal (BMJ) now has an online poll - open to everyone, not just doctors - asking people to express support for doctors adopting a neutral position. Please show your opposition to assisted suicide and euthanasia by going to http://www.bmj.com/ (scroll down on the left) and voting 'no' in this poll.
Please do this today - time is very short.
